How do I help a friend?

image2

  1. Your main job is to listen.
  2. Ask them what they need you to help with.
  3. Remember, they are in a vulnerable place, they will not tell you all the details so just take in what they do tell you.
  4. Let them know that you are there for any and everything.
  5. Always be available.
